Do you offer tree trimming and removal services, and how do you determine which trees need to be trimmed or removed?
Yes, our team of professionals always come to the site to evaluate the situation and recommend what is not only best for the customer, but what is also best for the long term health of the tree.
What should I do in case of a tree emergency or storm damage, and how quickly can
you respond?
Call our number, 817-353-6535, as soon as you realize there is an emergency and need help. We will come out at any hour to assess the situation and start work immediately.
Can you explain the process of stump grinding and land clearing, including any potential impact on my property?
Once the tree has been cut back to a stump, we bring in one of our two stump grinders (depending on size) to remove the stump below ground level. The majority of the time, the stump is grinded enough that another tree could be planted in that location. We leave the shavings/dirt mix in the void to prevent a trip hazard along and for liability reasons. We can haul the material away for a fee, and fill the void with dirt.
Are your tree care professionals certified and insured, and what measures do you take to ensure safety during the service?
We are insured and we pride ourselves on the safety measure that we take on site. Our management team has been formerly trained in OSHA standards for safety and we empower all of our employees to take a step back if they ever feel unsafe in any situation. We also have certified Arborists on staff as well to assess the jobs safety.
Do you provide free estimates, and what factors do you consider when determining the cost of tree services?
Yes, all of our estimates are free of charge. We do not only consider the time it will take to complete a job, but also the difficulty that the job presents and how dangerous if potentially could be.
